Apoptosis occurs in many neuronal diseases and is of great interest when studying spinal cord injuries.

Researchers have developed models of disease, and need reagents to evaluate these conditions. ImmunoChemistry Technologies offers multiple assays that enable researchers to study apoptosis in living cultured neuronal cells in vitro (FLICA), and in whole animals in vivo (FLIVO). These tools from ICT will help researchers understand the pathway of disease, monitor disease progression, determine efficacy of treatment, and lead to better treatment of neuronal disease and spinal cord injuries. In this webinar, we’ll explore the mechanisms of cell death in neurons and highlight several studies that used ICT’s assays to gain a better understanding of these diseases.
