ImmunoChemistry Technologies offers multiple tools for the detection of oxidative stress. ICT offers a line of in vitro cell-based assay kit products that enable researchers to measure changes in the levels of reactive oxygen species and nitric oxide synthase in living cells. ICT also carries a line of products for detection and quantitation of extracellular reactive oxygen species. In this presentation, learn how to detect the presence of oxidatively damaged DNA, quantify levels of reactive oxygen species such as hydrogen peroxide and nitric oxide, as well as how to monitor mitochondrial membrane potential. Ultimately, these assays enable researchers to obtain a better understanding of the oxidative stress associated events that occur as a result of drug treatments, various disease states, and other experimental conditions.
