Magic Red™
Use Magic Red™ to assess caspase or cathepsin activity in whole, living cells. The Magic Red assays have a substrate-based format, allowing for end-point analysis or observation in real time. As protease activity is initiated, fluorescence will accumulate in positive cells and increase over time. Magic Red™ probes are currently available for the assessment of caspases 3&7 activity and cathepsin B, K, and L activity.
