Shipping & Delivery
Products purchased in the store may ship via the shipping methods listed in the check-out process. Shipping and freight charges for online purchases are prepaid. Additional shipping methods may be available for certain products; call or email us for details. All international customers are responsible for duties and taxes.

ICT respects our customers' privacy and will never sell or give contact information to third parties. Our e-commerce site is SLL certified for information security.

Ordering
Orders may be placed online, by phone, by fax, or by email. Orders must reference valid credit card information for prepayment or a valid institutional Purchase Order. Approval is required prior to processing Purchase Orders; please contact Customer Service to set up a New Customer account. All sales are subject to final approval.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All sales are subject to final approval. Payment is either prepaid with a valid credit card or expected Net 30 with an approved Purchase Order. Acceptable payment methods are: check, ETF, wire transfer, or credit card. Prices quoted are FOB point of origin. All international customers are responsible for duties, taxes, currency exchange, and wire transfer fees. Conditions must be met to be eligible for promotional offers; conditions vary by offer.
